Co-curricular Involvement
Involvement outside the classroom is very important to me. Check out the various organization I am involved with below.

Student Government has become my most significant college involvement. I currently serve as the Student Body Vice-President which has been an amazing leadership and learning opportunity. Last year I served as the Speaker of Senate for Undergraduate Student Government, sitting on the SG executive board and leading its legislative arm. I also play an active role in many of CEAS Tribunal's initiatives impacting the College of Engineering & Applied Science. My earlier college involvement was defined within Tribunal as a coordinator of our annual Career Fair. I managed a team of executives in planning and implementing the university's largest career-related event, with over 1800 students and 500 company representatives in attendance in 2014. I was also responsible for the committee's budget, forming the large part of Tribunal's revenue. I am heavily involved within CEAS Ambassadors and ROAR Guides as well, because I enjoy giving back to the university as a tour guide. Off campus, my most significant involvement has been as an instructor for my high school drum line. I taught music and visual execution and also participated in percussion music and visual design. My passion with music led me to tour with the Music City Drum & Bugle Corps during the summer of 2011. |
